Ran to the airport in back. It's about 2.5 there...I stopped to stretch for 2 minutes because I'm trying to not push myself too much. Note: every weekday morning I have doing pilates for 20-30 minutes (depending on which video I put in) which has definitely helped with my flexibility and strength. I think it's complimenting my running program although here I am, typing after my pilates instead of running!!! And I even bought new sneaks! (pumped to wear them hehe)
